Toute reproduction, extraction, représentation ou diffusion, totale ou partielle, sans autorisation écrite préalable de l'éditeur est interdite.
Avertissement santé
RenfoPilote est un outil d'accompagnement du renforcement musculaire à visée de prévention et de performance, destiné à des coureurs en bonne santé. Ce n'est pas un dispositif médical. L'application ne fournit ni diagnostic, ni traitement, ni avis médical, et ne remplace en aucun cas une consultation auprès d'un professionnel de santé.
Avant de commencer tout programme d'entraînement, en particulier en cas d'antécédents médicaux, de blessure récente, de grossesse ou de doute sur ton état de santé, consulte un médecin. Interromps immédiatement un exercice qui provoque une douleur et consulte un professionnel de santé en cas de douleur persistante.
Tu pratiques les exercices proposés sous ta propre responsabilité, dans les limites de tes capacités. Aucun résultat, sportif ou de prévention, n'est garanti.
Responsabilité
L'éditeur s'efforce d'assurer l'exactitude des contenus et le bon fonctionnement de l'application, sans pouvoir garantir l'absence d'erreurs ou d'interruptions. Sauf faute de sa part, la responsabilité de l'éditeur ne saurait être engagée en cas de dommage résultant d'une utilisation de l'application non conforme au présent avertissement santé, ni en cas d'indisponibilité du service qui ne lui est pas imputable.
Les contenus d'entraînement ont été vérifiés par un masseur-kinésithérapeute diplômé d'État. Cette vérification porte sur la qualité et la sécurité des exercices proposés dans un cadre de prévention et de performance ; elle ne constitue pas une prestation de soin.
Abonnements et achats
Les abonnements et achats se font exclusivement via les achats intégrés de l'App Store et de Google Play, aux conditions affichées dans l'application au moment de l'achat. La gestion et la résiliation d'un abonnement s'effectuent dans les réglages de ton compte Apple ou Google. Les modalités de remboursement sont celles des plateformes Apple et Google.
Médiation de la consommation et litiges
Conformément aux articles L.612-1 et suivants du code de la consommation, tu peux recourir gratuitement à un médiateur de la consommation en vue de la résolution amiable d'un litige, après avoir tenté de le résoudre directement auprès de nous en écrivant à contact@renfopilote.com.

Intellectual property
The RenfoPilote app, its software, its brand, its logo, its texts, its training programs and its demonstration videos are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, extraction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without the publisher's prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Health warning
RenfoPilote is a tool that supports strength training for prevention and performance, intended for runners in good health. It is not a medical device. The app provides no diagnosis, no treatment and no medical advice, and in no way replaces a consultation with a healthcare professional.
Before starting any training program, in particular if you have a medical history, a recent injury, are pregnant or have any doubt about your health, consult a doctor. Stop any exercise that causes pain immediately and see a healthcare professional if the pain persists.
You perform the exercises offered under your own responsibility, within the limits of your abilities. No result, whether sporting or preventive, is guaranteed.
Liability
The publisher endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the content and the proper operation of the app, without being able to guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. Save where it is at fault, the publisher cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the app that does not comply with this health warning, nor for unavailability of the service that is not attributable to it.
The training content has been reviewed by a State-certified physiotherapist (masseur-kinésithérapeute diplômé d'État). That review covers the quality and safety of the exercises offered in a prevention and performance context; it does not constitute the provision of care.
Subscriptions and purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are made exclusively through App Store and Google Play in-app purchases, on the terms displayed in the app at the time of purchase. A subscription is managed and cancelled in your Apple or Google account settings. Refund terms are those of the Apple and Google platforms.
Consumer mediation and disputes
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution of a dispute, after having tried to resolve it directly with us by writing to contact@renfopilote.com.
